EPIC MISSIONPARTY

The Epic Mission Party is designed for kids ages 6–12. The party host adjusts the games and instructions to help the group play together.

The package includes 12 players. Additional players are $35 each, up to a maximum of 30 players.

No. The 40-minute arcade portion takes place in the shared arcade alongside other LaserLand visitors.

Yes. Your group gets the laser tag arena privately for the full 60-minute laser tag portion.

Your dedicated party host welcomes the group, hands out arcade cards, explains and leads the laser tag games, helps with food, keeps the schedule moving, and handles party room cleanup.

The full schedule is 2 hours 15 minutes: about 5 minutes for arrival, 40 minutes of arcades, 60 minutes of private laser tag, and 30 minutes of dedicated celebration time in the party room.

We plan start times to keep groups comfortably spaced throughout the center and avoid crowding in the arcade or laser tag arena. This helps every party move smoothly and enjoy its reserved private laser tag time.

Our recommended schedule is well tested and works best for most parties. Laser tag time cannot change, but we may be able to switch the food and arcade portions—please let us know in advance.

Invite guests to arrive at the scheduled party time. The organizing parent may arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled and prepare. Please allow extra time for parking and walking through the mall.

Yes. Every player needs a signed waiver. It can be completed online before the party or upon arrival.

Room access begins about 10 minutes before the scheduled start. Earlier access is not available because another party may still be finishing.

Yes. The private party room is available throughout your event. The final 30 minutes are the dedicated celebration time for food, cake, presents, and guests.

You will have about 10 minutes to start decorating before the party. If you are adding more decorations, you can continue while the kids play arcades and laser tag.

The room includes party seating and a separate gift table. Two tables are set up with covers and basic supplies for each player, including a plate, cup, napkin, and utensils.

Freestanding decorations and weighted balloons are welcome. All floating balloons must be secured with weights or tied firmly. Banners are allowed only with LaserLand's wall-safe tape. Confetti, glitter, unsecured balloons, personal tape, and other wall adhesives are not allowed.

No. Food and drinks are not included in the package price.

Yes. You can choose food and drinks from the LaserLand menu and add them during online booking.

Yes. Cake or cupcakes, water, and a fruit or vegetable tray can be brought at no charge. All other outside food and drinks require a $50 outside-food fee.

Yes. We have freezer space for a standard single-tier cake during your party.

No. The party room does not have a separate freezer for storing ice.

We provide cups, plates, utensils, and napkins for the players, plus covers for two tables.

Parties must be reserved online and cannot be booked over the phone. The booking calendar shows live dates and start times, and confirmation is sent immediately after booking.

A 50% deposit reserves your party. The remaining balance is paid on the event day after the final player count is confirmed.

You can cancel for a refund or reschedule with at least 14 days' notice. Cancellations and rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the event are not eligible.

Yes. Please notify LaserLand at least two days before the event if your expected player count changes. The final player count is confirmed before the remaining balance is paid on the event day.

We recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekends, holidays, and school breaks. Private events can be reserved up to six months in advance.
