Closed-toe shoes (sneakers/boots) are mandatory for safety in the arena. Wear light clothing — you'll be moving around and it can get warm! No loose accessories or jewelry that could get caught on equipment. We provide all the gear you need.

Yes, we strongly recommend booking online. Each hour runs a different mission with specific age limits, so booking ahead guarantees your spot. Weekends sell out fast and private events may close the arena.

Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability—always check our live schedule first to avoid long waits.

Mission tickets are released 7 days in advance to prevent last-minute cancellations.

Private events can be booked up to 6 months ahead—visit our Adult Private Sessions or Kids Events pages to secure your date early.

Standard tickets are refundable up to 24 hours before your mission start time. Bookings made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

Private events have a separate 14-day refund and rescheduling policy.

However, for groups of 10-15 or more, we highly recommend our 1-hour private arena package. This allows us to focus the entire experience exclusively on your group for maximum fun.
